I'm sorry if this post seems negative, I didn't intend this. Though I also feel that because it's a detective kind of film, it was less engaging after I know all the twists.Ī few words on Frozen II, I think the themes and Elsa's arc are more interesting than the first film, but the execution still feels a little bit sloppy that it's really hard for me to finish the film sometimes. I guess that the best description for this film would be "The best Pixar film WDAS ever made". I still enjoyed Zootopia, but it was a different kind of enjoyment, the kind that is similar to my enjoyment of Pixar films. They gave us new things but they still feel like they fit together with previous films and I think The Princess and the Frog is the same.
